I Moved to a New Country

Over a year from my last entry, here I am, in a new place. Italy! Wandering through France, Spain, Italy and Portugal over the past year, we decided to land in northern Italy near Milan for the foreseeable future.

What a gift it is to be able to choose where you want to live. I don’t take this for granted at all.

Seeing as we have a lot to catch up on, I intend to recap briefly over a few upcoming blog entries some highlights of our adventure so far. Yes, it’s still ongoing! There is a lot to see, to do, to experience here in this part of the world and I want to soak it ALL in.

Some questions I need answered soon include: Who makes the best gelato? How many botanical gardens can I visit in one week? What will it take to become friends with someone who owns a house on Lake Como or Lake Garda? Can I become fluent in Italian within two years? What country should we visit next??

Join me as we tackle these tough topics, and more!
